We are thrilled to have this space to connect with you, share our initiatives, and highlight the incredible work happening in our community. About Us The White Center Heights Family Resource Center (WCHFRC) was established during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, with a mission to support families in our community. Our doors opened in 2020, and since then, we have remained committed to addressing the ongoing needs of White Center Heights families. Our dedicated team of volunteers works tirelessly to ensure that every family has access to essential resources, including food, diapers, clothing, and educational support. Our Impact At the WCHFRC, we believe that basic needs are a right for everyone. We provide a welcoming environment where families can receive assistance and feel at home. Our center offers j ob search support, technology help, language resources, childcare referrals, and rental assistance—all in a language that families understand. We have been fortunate to partner with several amazing organizations, including the White Center Food Bank and WestSide Baby, to secure fresh produce and necessary items for our families. These partnerships help us create a well-organized and resourceful environment for everyone who walks through our doors. Get Involved We are always looking for new volunteers to join our efforts! Whether you can spare a few hours a week or want to donate goods or funds, your support makes a significant difference. Together, we can continue to grow and enhance our offerings for the community.
